New Horizons

New Horizons is a Permanent Supportive Housing program that links homeless families with a permanent residence and continual case management services. The program assists families through housing stabilization, maximizing levels of self-sufficiency and improving overall quality of life. Residents of the New Horizon program are maintained through development of individualized service plans and receive monthly case management sessions which are geared to achieve educational, career, and parental goals.

Residents of the New Horizons program have access to the myriad of comprehensive services provided by New Endeavors by Women to assist them in achieving their goals such as access to an Educational/Employment specialist, Housing Specialist, and support groups for women who have a history of substance abuse.

Through the efforts of New Horizons, families that have experienced homelessness can now focus on rebuilding a healthy family structure and improving their overall quality of life.
